WHAT IS REQUIRED TO FIT MY BLINDS?

All fixtures and fittings are supplied with your blind for a hassle free fitting.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The majority of our orders are delivered within 3/5 working days. Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may take longer.

ARE ROOF BLINDS HARD TO FIT?
No, all blinds come with easy to follow fitting instructions. If for some reason these instructions are missing please call customer services and they will be sent out to you asap or check out the video below.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE THE COLOUR?

As all computer screens differ, this means there could be a slight variation in the colours and therefore we would recommend that you order our free colour swatch samples first to avoid disappointment.

I HAVE ORDERED THE INCORRECT SIZE?

If you have ordered the incorrect size, you must return it to us within 7 working days, undamaged and in the original packaging for an exchange.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

You will be able to change your order within 12 hours providing you have not paid for next day delivery.

HOW LONG IS MY BLIND GUARANTEED FOR?

All blinds are guaranteed for 3 years.
