All orders with a basket value over £149 are delivered free of charge with our standard service, to all UK/Ireland addresses. After adding goods to your basket you will proceed to the delivery page, selecting from three options:

Standard delivery just £7.95 

Available on all products, standard delivery is between 7-10 working days*. See your order confirmation for more details. Standard deliveries are usually processed between 8am and 6pm, but this can be extended at busy times – the lead up to Christmas and bank holidays, for instance.

Express delivery UK/Ireland only – £7.95

Available on selected products. Order before 12pm on a weekday and receive your item in 2-3 days

Next day delivery UK Mainland only – £10.95 – NOT AVAILABLE

Available on selected products. Order before 12pm on a weekday and receive your item the next working day*. All items in your basket have to be selected from the next day options for the service to be available.

*Working days are Monday-Friday and do not include bank holidays and weekends.

*Specialist areas such as Scottish Highlands/Offshore, Channel Islands, will have restricted delivery options and additional costs on top of the charges detailed above.

Non mainland UK addresses

We also deliver to the Scottish Isles and Highlands for an additional £10 charge which will be automatically highlighted after entering your postcode. For delivery to Channel Islands + Isle of Man, a surcharge of £15 is automatically added – all prices exclude VAT.

Have your order delivered to work – Remove the tick from the “deliver to billing address” option and enter your chosen address. 

 If not at home – If for any reason you miss your delivery, our delivery company will leave their calling card and information on how to arrange redelivery at a convenient time for you, for no extra cost.


If not at home three times – If our carrier has tried and failed to deliver your order three times, it will be returned to us, potentially incurring a redelivery charge in the process.


How long will my order take? – Standard delivery is usually five to seven working days.

Booking a contractor fitter – If you are having your blinds fitted by a contractor then we strongly recommend that you are in receipt of your products and have checked them prior to confirming installation dates.
